TNPTI was founded in Murfreesboro in 2013 on a simple belief: a good healthcare career shouldn't require a four-year degree or quitting your job. Just real skills, taught by people who've done the work.
Built for the people most schools overlook
We started with one phlebotomy class and a waitlist of working parents, second-shift workers, and career-changers who couldn't make a traditional college schedule work. Thirteen years later, we've kept the same promise — small classes, hands-on training, and a team that doesn't disappear after graduation.
Today TNPTI offers seven healthcare programs and has placed hundreds of graduates with employers across Middle Tennessee. Most of our students are working full-time when they enroll. They leave with a credential, a network, and a real shot at a better-paying career.
